This moist, indulgent tiramisu is our signature creation and made using homemade lady finger biscuits which are soaked in velvety espresso overnight, before layering them with whipped mascarpone cheese and a lavish dusting of cocoa powder. VISION
We all share an undeniable love for food, don't we? It's a universal need, a shared desire that transcends boundaries. Yet, only a select few dare to embrace it as a profession, facing resistance from the society at every turn. Defying all odds, I graduated as a Chef last December, and since then, all I’ve wanted to do was to introduce the world back home; bring the best flavours, recipes , dishes of the world to Kashmir.

Ruhani is more than just a culinary studio—it's a place where every dish is a canvas carefully painted upon by ingredients of passion, purity and perfection. Joined by my sister, my heart and soul, the one true inspiration behind Ruhani, we have been able to really get behind this vision that I have and work together to bring it to life.
Our motto is simple: to not only satiate your hunger and tantalize your taste buds but to nourish your body and soul. With Ruhani, expect more than just food; anticipate an artful masterpiece that leaves you elated and invigorated.
